this is what i've been blessed with this weekend...

relaxing & becoming brown is my plan for the weekend. i want to add to the already large collection of swimsuits i have (surprised?). i really want to find a cute suit with fringe on it. this is what i'm thinking..(i also wouldn't complain if i had any of their bodies :])

daily addiction

those of you who know me, know i am NOT a morning person. lately, my roomies have been making fun of my obsession with coffee. i never drank coffee until the second semester of my freshman year, now, i'm addicted! im a grump if i don't have atleast a cup or two a day.

al introduced me to coffee garden when i was home over spring break. yum.

biggg weekend

this weekend was one of the more eventful ones i've had in a while. thursday.. we beared down [and won :)] then celebrated my best friend, gretchen's, 21st. she started the night off by getting iced (naturally) then actually made it to the bars! her boyfriend and best friend from home surprised her with her coming to tucson to visit! by the end of the night, everyone was ready to go home.

she made it to bags!

friday, we went to guad's for gretchen's bday dinner then watched friends. saturday was the big elite 8 game! i beared down too hard and was asleep by 7 pm.. haha (note the beauty of that boot)

sooo happy arizona beat duke yesterday! and it wasn't even a close game :) tomorrow they play UCONN and we haveeeee to win!

today was A day (my favorite)! poor addy is sick, but was in a surprisingly good mood. she really liked standing in the sink today.. she's so stinkin cute.

we went to the vacuum store, which is actually a little girl's dream place. naturally, she wanted to play with the vacuums that were 3 times her size over the kid toys that they had. my madre purchased a new vacuum (watch out world haha!)

my mom switched mine and heston's room before i came home from spring break, which means she was left with the wonderful job of cleaning out underneath my bed. ever since i've had that bed i've thrown everything i didn't want to deal with at the time under it. my mom put all the stuff she found in about 6 boxes...it was like a walk down memory lane.

i found pictures, jewelry, pictures, pom poms, pictures, my "accident prone" award from cheer, pictures, a box full of love/apology letters from an ex, pictures, scrap books, pictures, teddy bears, cds, pictures, tiffany's & juicy jewelry boxes, and a whole bunch of trinkets i had to have in jr high and high school. i couldn't stop laughing.

i hateeee daylight savings time! i go to bed at 1:30, but it's really 12:30.. wake up at 11 and it's really 10. just messes with my wholeeee day. such a pointless concept.

i officially have a broken foot and am on crutches, therefore... i am basically immobile. i watched burlesque for the first time tonight with amanda and i am obsesssssed! christina aguilera's voice is unreal and cam gigandet is a beautiful piece of eye candy :)

note to self: learn how to walk

those of you who know me well know that i'm a huge clutz.. i trip, fall, and stub my toes on the reg. well last night is one for the books. we are about to walk into our friends house and i completely eat shit/miss the invisible step that i didn't see. it was far from graceful. i broke my ankle the same way when i was a sophomore in high school, but this time it was the other foot and i wasn't being dropped from a stunt. my ankle immediately swells up to the size of a golf ball through my strappy heels (it was far from pretty). i woke up this morning and can't walk, so im spending my sunday bed ridden slash immobile. awesome way to end the weekend.

sunburnt kind of day

arizona trumps slc in a heartbeat today.. it was so nice and sunny all day! the roomies and i went to the arizona inn where we proceeded to fryyyy our skin. we all got sunburnt (except lauren) haha! but, it beats the snow.

how i met your mother is the newest show addiction for me. i'm on season 4 and i honestly haven't laughed as hard as i did last night. i watched the "Murtaugh List" episode. ted challenges barney to do a list of things that he is too old to do... seriously i nearly cried of laughter. here's a clip... ignore the poor quality.
